MANAMA: Diyar Al Muharraq, one of the leading urban developers in the Kingdom of Bahrain, announces its participation at the upcoming Cityscape Global 2016 in Dubai.
The 15th edition of Cityscape Global will be held from the 6th to the 8th of September in Dubai World Trade Center, bringing together prominent regional and international real estate developers.
Diyar Al Muharraq will showcase its latest projects, providing visitors a comprehensive idea on the wide range of projects and their latest developments, while focusing on the many real estate and commercial investments for both visitors and investors, which will positively impact the Kingdom’s economy.
During the exhibition, Diyar Al Muharraq will also focus on attracting property development investments for the available commercial units such as the commercial villas, residential buildings licensed up to 5 floors, light industrial units, logistics, storage units and trade fairs.
“Our participation in this year’s edition of Cityscape Global is under the umbrella of the Economic Development Board’s, which focuses on strengthening the Kingdom’s presence in international platforms, as well as highlighting major development projects,” Dr. Maher Al Shaer, Chief Executive Officer of Diyar Al Muharraq, said.
“Our participation aims to market Diyar Al Muharraq as well as shed light on the project’s distinguished residential, commercial, recreational, environmental and social aspects, while underlining the Kingdom of Bahrain’s urban development,” he added.
Dr. Maher Al Shaer emphasized on the company’s continuous efforts to participate in major real estate exhibitions, including Cityscape Global Dubai, one of the most specialized real estate exhibitions in the region which Diyar Al Muharraq has partaken in for nine consecutive years given that it is an ideal platform for both customers and developers to come together under one roof, allowing leading real estate developers to exchange knowledge and business opportunities.
Cityscape Global remains the largest and most renowned development and real estate exhibition in the region, with an aim of bringing together visitors and real estate developers, keeping them abreast with the latest trends in the global real estate market, as well as upcoming development projects across the world. It is also considered the largest platform to showcase development projects as it infuses specialized programs that aim to raise key themes and questions in the world of real estate from both visitors and investors.
The 15th edition of Cityscape Global will host more than 300 regional and international development and real investment companies in a total display area of 40,000 square meters. More than 5,000 investors attended last year’s edition, along with 324 exhibitors from 102 countries. In addition, 27 major projects were announced in last year’s conference.
