MANAMA: The Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism informed all owners of commercial establishments, individuals, companies and institutions to check the fees of their activities by visiting the website of the Commercial Registration Portal www.sijilat.com, to implement special fee decision to conduct commercial activities No. (130) of 2016 issued on the approval of the Council of Ministers, which takes into effect from 22 September 2017.
The revised fee are: Industrial activities BD1000; Construction / Real Estate ActivitiesBD1000; Commercial activities BD300; Activities support industry BD200; Activities support construction and real estate BD100; Services activities BD100; Logistics activities BD100; Agricultural activities, animals, hunting BD50 and Small Business BD25.
The Ministry also invite traders to review their activities in the Commercial Register to determine whether they want to keep them or cancel any inactive activity, as well as take full account of the new fees for business activities.
It should be noted fees for activities will be paid annually with the renewal of CR through “Sijilat.”
The Ministry also noted that the amounts that would appear in the process of calculating fees on “Sijilat” website will not include the fees of other licensed official bodies.
