Manama: With the opening of 3rd new state-of-the-art Al Hilal medical Center in Manama, the Group plans to open a BD100 million medical and health facility in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
This was revealed by Abdul Latheef Director of Al-Hilal Healthcare Group Bahrain, during Meet the Press and saying that he initiative would help to make Bahrain a health tourism hub in the region.
The mega health project which is still in early stages and comes in line with the Group’s commitment to Bahrain’s healthcare sector, said Abdul Latheef, adding that Bahrain’s investors’ friendly climate and health regulators’ continuous support and encouragement have made Bahrain a preferred investment destination for Al Hilal Healthcare Group.
“By end of June Al Hilal Centre Salmabad will be opened and by the year-end two more facilities will bolster Bahrain’s private healthcare sector, making Al Hilal the leading healthcare services provide in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
On the question of investments, Abdul Latheef said though the Press was not privy exact figures, roughly 5million US dollar investment is required to open a health center.
Talking about the sustainability of Al Hilal Healthcare Group across the region, he said the focus on quality healthcare services and affordability has been a hallmark of success for the Group.
