MANAMA: Al Hawaj hosted honouring ceremony for the participants of “I love my Mom” programme 2018 at the Four Seasons Hotel under the patronage and attendance of the Minister of Labor.
The event was attended by Jamil Humaidan Minister of Labor and Social Development, Ali Al-Asfour Governor of the Northern Governorate, and a number of ambassadors, journalists, media personalities and public figures attended together for the ceremony in the Four Seasons Hotel called as “I Love My Mom “, which was held before in all branches of Al Hawaj shops in cooperation with CrediMax.
Following a welcome speech by Mr. Jawad Al Hawaj, the Chairman of Al Hawaj’ Group’s Board of Directors, HE Mr. Jamil Humaidan expressed his love and appreciation for this program and his commitment to his annual presence in this matter. He also expressed his happiness with this initiative launched by the Al Hawaj Group to celebrate the Mother’s Day. Because it is a family trying to uphold human values within the community and called on the rest of the institutions to comply with Al-Hawaj Group in this social role, which we used to do only through the associations or ministries concerned that the Hawaj Group is making a great effort every year to remind feelings that may be absent for many of people nowadays, thus he acknowledged the appreciation for Al Hawaj Group to organize this happy occasion.

The ceremony included honoring the Bahraini mother Nadia Adbahai, the winner of the Ideal Mother Competition organized in Egypt at Cairo University in cooperation with the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation to present a souvenir in gratitude to her.

At the beginning of the ceremony, the jury composed of Ms. Amira Ismail, Mariam Zeyman, media professionals Sami Hajras, Moanis Al-Mardi, Iman Marhoun and George Middleton read thousands of phrases and chose the best ones until they reached the ten winners who will be honored later in the Special ceremony will be organized by Al Hawaj Group.
