Manama: The launch of $212million Golden Gate project will take the Kingdom’s real estate sector to the new heights of excellence and innovation.
This was revealed by Ishaq Al Kooheji, Chairman of Kooheji Golden Gate, after the official launch of the Golden Gate Development which according to him will put Bahrain on the map of region’s most innovative and unique real estate projects.
He applauded the successful launch of the project saying that the innovation and creativity shown by the developers will make the Kingdom as a trend setter in excellence in the real estate industry.
Golden Gate project is 50-50 joint venture between Bahrain-based Kooheji Golden Gate company and Indian real estate developers Ajmera Realty and Mayfair Housing. The project is expected to change the landscape of real estate in Bahrain as the prospective buyers and investors got briefing on the salient features of the project during the launch which was opened for the public as well.
The launch of the landmark realty project was announced during a ceremony held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Bahrain Bay on Saturday attended by 100s of invited guests, investors, VIPs and media. The project is expected to be completed in 36 months as the piling work has already kicked off after the soft launch of the project few weeks ago.
The grand launch of the Golden Gate project delivered a wide variety of technological displays unveiling the development through an exclusive first look of the property in its entirety. Guests were also treated to a 360-degree virtual reality tour, where they were able to walk through the property and have a virtual experience of living in their homes. Golden Gate has revolutionized the way real estate is viewed by introducing buying off-plan and allowing attendees, buyers and potential buyers to envisage the property and experience what the future of real estate is.
