MANAMA: Gulf Air on Wednesday has apologized for the recent flight disruptions and cancellations and for any inconvenience this has caused to our valued passengers.
“Our team has been working round the clock to stabilize the operation bringing back our schedule stability,” Gulf Air in a statement said.
“Less than 2% of our flights were cancelled during February and 1% of 500,000 passengers in February were affected by these cancellations. All affected passengers were accommodated on alternative Gulf Air flights or on other airlines ensuring they reach their final destination. Contrary to what has been recently circulated in the media, no passengers were stranded in airports as Gulf Air teams ensured all passengers were given alternative travel solutions within the same day,” the statement added.
