MANAMA: Mahmood Rafique, Editor: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, has welcomed the Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, His Excellency Imran Khan, upon his arrival to the Kingdom of Bahrain.
HRH the Crown Prince welcomed the official visit of the Prime Minister and affirmed the strong ties between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
HRH the Crown Prince and the Prime Minister then departed to Gudaibiya Palace to begin an official round of discussions.
An accompanying mission, led by the Deputy Prime Minister, His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, was formed to accompany the Prime Minister during his visit to the Kingdom. A number of senior officials were also at the airport to receive the Prime Minister.
