Manama: The National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) has announced its exclusive Mazaya Finance solutions for ‘Danaat Al Baraka’, Eskan Bank’s latest real estate project, as part of NBB’s ongoing efforts to diversify its housing financing offerings in conjunction with Eskan Bank.
‘Danaat Al Baraka’ project, located off Al Nakheel Highway in Jannusan, comes with an exclusive financing package, designed specifically for customers under the Mazaya Finance scheme. The offering, launched with a roadshow taking place for 30 days starting May 19, 2021 to introduce the tailor-made offer to the public includes exclusive interest rates along with loan amounts equal to 100% of the property value, a tenor period of up to 25 years and an instant approval process.
Customers will also benefit from loan processing fees and property evaluation fees waived as part of the exclusive offer. This offer will also include the full payment of the property registration fees on behalf of the customer whereby as a show of appreciation, NBB will cover the property registration fee of 1.7% of the property value paid directly to the Survey & Land Registration Bureau (SLRB).
Additionally, customers will receive a free life time fire insurance coverage, as well as an optional feature to amortise the life insurance premium on monthly installments through the tenor of their loan. As a value added option, the first 15 customers will receive free gift vouchers worth BD500 from Sharaf DG.
