Infracorp, a pioneer in infrastructure developments, has launched $200million Marina Bay, a luxurious residential development, situated on Reef Island on the Northern Coast of Manama.
With a tentative 24-month timeline, the high-end project is a part of Infracorp’s vision which aims at creating sustainable communities across the countries where it operates.
The launch-cum-Press conference ceremony attended by Hisham Alrayes, Chairman of Infracorp, Majed Al Khan, CEO of Infracorp, and joined by esteemed guests and members of the media at the National Theatre of Bahrain.
“This consists of 47 unique villas, out of these we offer 13 different types to make sure that the design caters for unique lifestyle,” he said, adding that the project time is two years, and the total value of the project is $200 million and own by Infracorp.
The project partners with esteemed design consultants AAP Design Construction, a full-service design and construction firm that specializes in streamlined design and build projects based in Portugal and Kuwait.
Marina Bay’s launch comes shortly after the company’s successful completion and delivery of phase one of the California Village residences in Dubai, the launch of phase two, and the completion of the first phase of Marina in the Bahrain Harbour.
