MANAMA: Mahmood Rafique, Editor: The Kingdom of Bahrain’s hospitality sector will get a major boost with the planned ten new properties set to open by end of next year.
Dr Essa Faqeeh, CEO Al Areen Hospitality, in an interview told The24X7News Bahrain (www.twentyfoursevennews.com) that Al Areen Hospitality remains focused on expanding the business with two new hotels one in Amwaj Island and one in Waterpark for which negotiations with different operators are underway.
“These two properties, on in Amwaj will be five stars while Waterpark, which is owned and operated by Al Areen Hospitality, will be four stars and the names of the operating brands will be announced soon,” Dr Essa said, adding that by the end of 2025, Al Areen Hospitality plans to open ten new hotels.
Talking about the ChartHouse Bahrain, which has already opened its doors for business, Dr Essa said this 120-keys property embedded with a top of the class facilities for businesses and families.
“ChartHouse Bahrain is in the heart of Manama offers rooms with full amenities and sizes varies from 40 to 130 square meters, a right attraction for businesses and family tourism. The property has main fine dining facility and a pool bar, a fitness centre, café and opening of the Marina coinciding with the opening of ChartHouse, adds a new dimension to availability of international restaurants, shopping and entertainment sectors offering a wider choice to tourists and families as well as to business travelers.
The tour operators termed the opening of ChartHouse a leap giant forward for Bahrain inbound tourism as it offers unique residences-cum-shopping experience.
