Manama: Mahmood Rafique, Editor: Infracorp B.S.C has reported a net profit of USD 45.5 million for the year ended 31st December 2023, compared with USD 33 million in 2022, an increase of 38 per cent, thanks to sustained pattern of strong financials during the year.
Infracorp, a leading infrastructure and sustainable development asset investment and management firm, has reported a total revenue of USD 189 million in 2023. The real estate portfolio led the way with revenues of USD 163 million, followed by the industrial portfolio with USD 15 million in revenues. An additional USD 11 million revenues recorded from the investment and financial instruments portfolio in 2023.
