MANAMA: The 2024 edition of BRAVE International Combat Week has set new benchmarks for combat sports events worldwide.
Featuring BRAVE CF 91, BRAVE CF 92, and the IMMAF Youth Asian MMA Championships, the event not only broke attendance records in the Kingdom of Bahrain, with over 15,000 fans in attendance, but also saw BRAVE Combat Federation transcend the traditional MMA audience by attracting notable personalities.
Led by the presence of the force behind BRAVE CF, His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the event witnessed the presence of big names from around the world.
From the cricket world, UAE Cricket Federation General Secretary Mubashshir Usmani and former BCCI CEO Rahul Johri attended the event. Additionally, Mikhail Degtyarev, Minister of Sport of the Russian Federation, and former JSW Sports CEO Mustafa Ghouse were present.
The Combat Week also welcomed Bahrain’s Minister of Industry and Commerce, Abdullah bin Adel Fakhro, and the CEO of the General Sports Authority, Dr. Abdulrahman Sadiq Askar, highlighting how BRAVE CF continues to break barriers for traditional MMA events.
In addition to mainstream figures, the event attracted prominent names from the MMA world. Former BRAVE CF superstar and MMA world champion Ilia Topuria was a special guest, along with Middle Eastern stars Abdullah Al Qahtani and Hattan Alsaif, and former Olympian Mahmoud Fawzy Sebie.
With multiple records broken and the presence of influential figures from MMA and beyond, the BRAVE International Combat Week 2024 has cemented its place in history as one of the year’s biggest events, reaffirming BRAVE CF’s position as an industry leader in MMA.
The 2024 BRAVE International Combat Week concluded a record-breaking year for BRAVE Combat Federation and has set the tone for 2025.
