Board member of the Saudi-Bahraini Good Neighbourliness Charity Society and member of the Saudi Journalists Association (SJA) journalist Jamal bin Mohammed Al Yaqoot asserted that Bahrain and Saudi Arabia have set an example of successful Arab brotherly relations through promoting the principles of social solidarity and charity work and enhancing cooperation in all fields.
Al Yaqoot also praised the Bahraini-Saudi coordination in all issues in light of the directives issued by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdulla bin Abdulaziz Al Saud during their regular meetings.
He also pointed out that the Bahrain-based Saudi-Bahraini Good Neighbourliness Charity Society reflects the solidity of fraternal bilateral relations and represents a pillar of charity work.
He also lauded the essential role played by the Good Neighbourly Society in helping needy families and addressing family issues, hailing the efforts made by its Board Chairman and Saudi Arabia’s Ambassador to the Kingdom Dr. Abdul Mohsen bin Fahd Al Marek in this regard.
Al Yaqoot also said that the Society provides support for the Saudi families living in Bahrain and the Bahraini women who were divorced by their Saudi husbands.
