Masses of pilgrims settled down on the plain of Arafat after arriving there this morning of the ninth day of current Dhul-Hijjah. Spending the day in Arafat is the major ritual of Hajj.

The mission of the Saudi Press Agency in the holy sites followed up the process of transporting the pilgrims from Mina to Arafat, which was characterized by using the train of Almashaer which transported two hundred and seventy thousand pilgrims with ease despite the large numbers of buses and pedestrians.
