Cluttons, the leading real estate firm that is celebrating its 35th year in the region announced its acquisition of management of Al Nakheel Tower in Manama.
This highly visible commercial building is located in the popular Seef district, and underlines Cluttons’ expertise and dominance in the Kingdom’s property management sector that has been gathered through a dedicated presence in Bahrain over the past three decades. At the current time Cluttons has some 30 properties under management in the Kingdom.
Al Nakheel Tower is one of the more visible buildings in the Seef area; offering modern, functional and useable commercial space for its tenants. Furthermore the building offers one of the best parking ratios on the island, a feature that can be lacking within older buildings. One of the most appealing aspects of the 14-storey building is its executive penthouse suite, which is accessed by a private lift. Cluttons are pleased to offer extremely competitive rental rates for the building with rent-free periods and other appealing incentives.
“Assuming responsibility for the running of the Al Nahkeel Tower is a real boost to our management team. What better way to cement our position as front- runners in the sector as we start to celebrate our 35th year in the Kingdom. Our team of professional experts work tirelessly to ensure that our tenants’ needs are accurately met, and we feel that this is the key to our ongoing success and edge in the marketplace,” Harry Goodson-Wickes, Head of Country for Cluttons in Bahrain, said.
Cluttons’ 35th year of operation in Bahrain will be marked with a series of client events and networking initiatives, to be announced in the coming weeks.
