BMI Bank launched of a new eStatement service for its customers providing them added value, anywhere/anytime convenience and a higher level of security through a password protected file that is sent to them via a secure email. The service, available to customers for free, can be applied for via the Bank’s corporate website or by visiting the Bank’s branches.
“As a progressive local retail Bank, we consistently look to provide our loyal customers with best-in-class products and services and I am pleased to introduce yet another new service that enables them to monitor their financial transactions in a convenient and secure environment. This free-of-cost service, that has been designed electronically to duplicate the look and feel of a real statement, will be sent via a password protected email at the beginning of the customers’ prevailing statement cycle. It can be downloaded and printed anywhere/anytime unlike the earlier method of having to wait for the statement to arrive via post,” Jamal Al-Hazeem, Chief Executive Officer of BMI Bank, said.
