A suspect accused of setting fire to a car at the Bahrain Financial Harbour last Sunday has been arrested, the General Directorate of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Science announced.
Police tracked down the man and caught less than forty-eight hours after the car blaze at the Bahrain Financial Harbour.
“The accused has already admitted carrying out the terror act”, the General Directorate of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Science director-general said, adding that the man had re-enacted the terror crime.
Police also arrested four other people accused of stealing a car and setting it ablaze at a roundabout at Hamad Town.
Another terrorist accused of blocking Isa Al-Kabir and damaging a citizen’s car has also been arrested. Police are now tracking down other accused involved in terror act to bring them to justice.
