Muscat Pharmacy, one of Oman’s oldest and largest pharmacies deployed the cloud-based Microsoft Office 365; IOTAP, a key Microsoft Office 365 Partner in Oman, had managed the implementation process.
Muscat Pharmacy was setup in 1968 with a single outlet in Muscat and has since grown to be a Company with 66 retail outlets; it is the only Pharmacy which has 33 outlets in the interior areas. Using Microsoft Office 365, Muscat Pharmacy aims to improve the quality of the pharmaceutical care they provide to citizens and residents across Oman.
IOTAP worked closely with Muscat Pharmacy & Stores LLC and helped them migrate to Microsoft Office 365 to simplify staff communication, enhance internal collaboration and share experiences across its offices around the Sultanate.
