The joint Bahraini-Omani committee concluded its work meetings in Muscat with the participation of several senior officials from various sectors from both countries. Both sides during the meeting emphasized the keenness towards further reinforcing bilateral relations between the two countries in various fields.
Moreover, both also agreed on the importance of achieving the aspired objectives that are basis of the setting up of the committee. The committee also emphasized the need to support cooperation in the field of economic development spearheaded from the economic vision of both countries that is based on justice, transparency, sustainability and competition. In addition to that, delegates from the two countries affirmed the need to further advance their economy and adopt the skills to reinforce production and encourage creativity.
Bahrain’s side was represented by the Foreign Ministry undersecretary for Regional and GCC Affairs ambassador Ahmed Al Amer and from the Omani Foreign Ministry Head of the Economic sector Taleb Al Raeesi.
