Many Indian academics strongly condemned the recent unfortunate incidents which gripped Bahrain and resulted in many acts of sabotage.
They stressed that what has happened was unjustified in light of the climate of openness, freedom and unity between the leadership and people.
Expressing solidarity with the Bahraini government and people, they denounced the regrettable incidents which engulfed Bahrain hailing the many facilities provided by the government as well as the unprecedented political openness enjoyed by the kingdom, compared to other countries.
They also lauded the one-family spirit binding the leadership with the people that set a model to emulate in tolerance and cohesion.
This came during a visit to some higher education and training establishments in India made by Honorary President of Bahrain Society for Training and Human Resources Development Dr. Ibrahim Al Dossary and board member Hussain Ismail.
The visits, which took part on the sidelines of the International Federation of Training and Human Resources Development Organisations board of directors meetings, held recently in New Delhi, also included the International Management Institute (IMI), one of the most prestigious higher education establishments in India which is specialized in granting PhD and Master degrees in management.
Dr. Ibrahim Al Dussari and Hussain Ismail met post-graduate students and highlighted the coup plot which targeted Bahrain as well as the negative and suspicious role played by some international human rights organisations which were rather hoped to show impartiality and objectivity.
They also spotlighted the organized defamatory campaign waged by some media outlets against Bahrain turning a blind eye to the big development strides made by the kingdom which have earned it leading positions according to the UN human development reports.
Photos and videotaped films were also shown on the grave violations made by the plotters while tampering with people’s life and safety.
