The 27th edition of the annual honouring ceremony will be held under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa on Wednesday at the Gulf Hotel in honour of outstanding private sector employees.
Labour Minister Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan hailed the keenness of the wise leadership on promoting national workforce – being the cornerstone of comprehensive sustained development in Bahrain in the prosperous era of HM King Hamad.
He paid tribute to honoured private sector employees, administrators and enterprises for their dedication.
He also lauded Bahraini companies for their outstanding efforts to promote training and Bahrainisation, hailing the crucial role of the private sector – being an indispensable partner.
The scroll of honour includes five prominent pioneers, 10 outstanding administrators, four well-performing companies, in addition other honourees representing the sectors of oil and gas four, manufacturing industries 13, transportation and stores 10, banking, finance and insurance seven, contracting sector 12, trade 29, hospitality which includes restaurants and hotels five, social activities eight. Other outstanding employees will also be honoured, including four people with special needs and ten workers from the informal non-organised economy.
