Shaikh Nasser to attend GCC Olympics meet in Saudi

Supreme Council for Youth and Sport Chairman and Bahrain Olympic Committee President Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa arrived in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to lead Bahrain’s delegation to the meeting of the GCC Olympic committees’ chiefs.

He was welcomed on arrival by officials from the Saudi General Presidency of Youth, SCYS secretary-general Shaikh Salman bin Ibrahim Al-Khalifa and other officials. Shaikh Nasser paid tribute to the head of Saudi General Presidency of Youth and Saudi Olympic Committee Prince Nawaf bin Faisal bin Fahd for his efforts to host the meetings. He affirmed that the meetings would promote joint work mechanisms to develop sport in the GCC countries
