As part of Bapco’s ongoing efforts to enhance the Executive Development Programme which aims at preparing the future leaders of industry, a group of selected managers and superintendents have been recently selected to attend the group three Chevron Future Leader Track Training (FLTT).
This programme is one of the initiatives that Bapco embarked on to develop the next generation of leaders. FLTT consists of topics like decision analysis, operational excellence management systems and strategic planning.
Bapco’s Chief Executive, Gordon Smith emphasized on the importance of continuing developing Bahrainis to take over leadership roles. The group attending FLTT included Mohamed Ashoor Manager PC&I, Hassan Bahram Manager OPD, Ahmed Khalil Manager Fire Health & Safety, Nooruddin Ebrahim Manager Local Marketing, Hasan Asad Superintendent District D, Anwar Amin Superintendent Vehicle Maintenance and Anwar Ateeq Coordinator Petroleum Product Sales. The training course is a continuation of the process of joint cooperation and coordination between Bapco and Chevron over long years for exchanging knowledge and expertise to enhance performance and productivity in serving the goals of overall development and the national economy of the Kingdom.
