His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa asserted that government efforts and programmes, which have a direct impact on the citizens’ life, aim to ensure the sustainability and continuity of the kingdom’s development march.
“For that reason, we will continue the nation-building process and follow up closely the implementation of government projects on a daily basis in order to ensure that they are completed without delay,” HRH Premier said, adding that the government will continue providing more quality housing, health, municipal and infrastructure services despite the scarcity of available resources.
This came as he received here today, in the presence of the Head of the High Council for Islamic Affairs Shaikh Abdulla bin Khalid Al Khalifa and Speaker of the Representatives Council Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Dhahrani, a number of officials.
During the meeting, HRH Premier affirmed his personal follow up of the government services so as to ensure that they are timely, comprehensive and accessible to the citizens across the kingdom, pointing out that he is keen to meet officials regularly in order to be assured that all government potentials are devoted to upgrading the services provided for the citizens.
HRH Premier praised the on-going government-parliament cooperation, asserting that once national efforts are united and focused on building the homeland, the pace of development will be accelerated and a better future will be ensured for the coming generations, commending the joint desire of the Executive and Legislative branches to continue upgrading their collaboration as the best means to enrich the kingdom’s parliamentary experience and optimize national achievements.
HRH Premier also asserted that the co-existence experience in the kingdom is unique and a source of pride for all Bahrainis, and any attempt to change that genuine distinctive feature of the Bahraini people should be faced collectively.
HRH Prime Minister also affirmed that the government will be the first to embrace reform initiatives, in line with its constant keenness to promote partnership as the best means to achieve national interests.
