A high profile delegation from the Slynn Foundation based in the UK visited the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR-AAA).
The delegation was led by Sir David Keene, member of the Board of Trustees for the foundation and Mr. Michel Massih and Mr. Peter Risk.
During the visit, the delegation was given an overview of the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) solutions provided by the BCDR-AAA, as well as the state of art technology used in the Chamber’s facilities.
Sir David Keene praised the role of the Chamber in providing modern and professional ADR services in line with the highest international standards stating that the presence of such an organisation significantly contributes to Bahrain’s reliable, professional and effective legal system.
Ali Al Aradi, the BCDR-AAA’s chief registrar and Assistant CEO for Mediation said: “We were delighted to welcome Sir David and his colleagues to the BCDR-AAA and to highlight the Chamber’s standing as a one-stop-shop for ADR and a major pillar to Bahrain’s status as a world-class business and investment environment.”
The Slynn Foundation was created in 1998 to fulfill a growing need for support, advice and training to young lawyers, to promote better understanding between Britain and these countries and to contribute to the development of joint action.
