Bilateral business cooperation meetings have been convened this morning in the EDB Auditorim at Bait-ul-Tijjar between the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) and the visiting German business delegation led by the chairman of Potsdam’s Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Engineer Victor Stemming, Ph.D. and his accompanying delegation comprising representatives from various German economic sectors to discuss potential business opportunities, partnerships and business deals between the two sides.
The acting CEO of the BCCI, Othman Mohammed Sharif Al-Rayyes, said that the visiting German delegation comprises 15 members from various specialized companies operating in the environment, energy, technology, recycling, water, power generation sectors.
The visiting German delegation meets with BCCI officials, representatives from the business and industrial sectors in the Kingdom of Bahrain and discusses bilateral cooperation and possibilities for partnership and investment in the said sectors.
The visit has been organized by the Bahrain Economic Development Board (EDB) as part of the program of the visit by the German Business mission to the GCC countries aimed at exploring ways and means to develop commercial and economic cooperation relations between the German and GCC private sector and boost mutual trade exchanges in various commercial and industrial sectors.
