As part of his regional tour, the Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Memac Ogilvy, Edmond Moutran visited the Bahrain office to express his appreciation of the team’s contribution towards the company’s success and shared his vision on future goals for the company focusing on enhanced regional network and appointment of communications specialists to the Bahrain team.
At the Memac Ogilvy Red Breakfast, the annual staff gathering event honoured four long-serving employees of the Bahrain office for their accomplishments with an additional ‘Employee of the Year’ award given out to Ali Al Haddar for his exceptional performance and dedication to work over the past year. The event also presented an opportunity for the attendees to share new ideas and feedback.
Moutran thanked and praised Memac Ogilvy Bahrain employees for their noteworthy accomplishments and reiterated company’s confidence and trust in the talent and potential of its people, which will lead Memac Ogilvy to achieve greater heights of success. Moving forward, the company will continue to empower its people with high end on-the-job learning exposure together with a well-thought development and growth plan enabling them to deliver their optimum performance and produce some of the best communications campaigns for the clients.

Moutran emphasized on the need for sustained innovation and creativity in an environment of ever-changing markets, the company should continue to re-invent itself to keep up with evolving customer demands and challenges and this is possible by effectively adopting practices to successfully respond to increasing communication requirements of the businesses. He went to on share the news of enhancing each and every discipline with the appointment of new Communication specialists to cater to the demand for expertise in rapidly growing sectors.
The company, which began its journey in Bahrain 29 years ago under the leadership of Moutran, aims to apply creativity at work by developing new perspectives, generating new ideas and coming up with unique ways of doing things while offering the best communication solutions for its clients.
At the end, long-serving Memac Ogilvy employees of 5, 10, 15 and 20 years received Certificates of Appreciation along with a gift from Moutran, recognizing their time and efforts with the company. Among those honored were Puran Singh Bora, Kevin Cardoza, Ruth Daly and Ali Al Haddar.
