Speaker of the Representatives Council Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Dhahrani has condemned the terror blasts that took place in Bani Jamra last Wednesday, dismissing terror acts, attacking on-duty security officers and preventing students from taking their exams as crimes that are unacceptable and unjustified by all religions and are contrary to international norms, laws and conventions.
He affirmed that all forms and manifestations of terrorism represented the most dangerous threats to civic peace and social security in the kingdom of Bahrain, noting that acts of terrorism are crimes that cannot be justified, whatever be the motives, place, timing or those who committed them.
Al Dhahrani underlined that perpetrators, organizers and inciters of those condemnable terrorist acts must be brought to justice, urging the citizens to assume their national responsibilities and cooperate actively with the relevant authorities in this regard.
He pointed out that such terrorist incidents will not disrupt resolve to carry on the reform and democratic march in the kingdom in order to continue the Reform Project spearheaded by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and consolidate the values of tolerance, equality and social development.
