Parliamentary blocs and a number of MPs strongly condemned the heinous terrorist act represented in a car explosion in the parking lot of Shaikh Isa bin Salman Mosque in Riffa, and demanded the Interior Ministry to take the measures necessary to bring the perpetrators to justice and withdraw the nationality of those involved.
A number of MPs called for, in a joint statement, the application of the law on those who participated or assisted in that shocking act in order to achieve the popular demand, stressing that incident is a clear attempt to sow sectarianism, and demanded to take required action to eliminate terrorism source of funding.
The statement explained those, who refuse dialogue and solutions that have always been sought by the leadership and people of the Kingdom of Bahrain, continue to support and cover up for terrorist acts, and it has become obvious they seek dragging the country into violence, the statement also assured the people of Bahrain will put an end to those agendas and address them.
The MPs called on the Justice Ministry to decisively enforce the law against the unlicensed and instigative societies and religious platforms that exploit houses of worship for incitement for violence, terrorism and sabotage as well as dissemination of sectarianism and hatred.
