Bahrain’s Cabinet on Sunday approved the draft law on Commercial Arbitration in line with a strategy to become a regional hub by providing alternative dispute resolution (ADR) to the commercial disputes across the region.
This was announced by the Minister of State for Information Affairs Samira Ibrahim bin Rajab during the weekly media briefing on Cabinet meeting at Gudaibia Palace on Sunday.
The Cabinet discussed and approved the memorandum presented by His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the Ministerial Committee for Legal Affairs on the draft law to issue the Law on Commercial Arbitration.
