Our participation in the 20th Al Ayam Cultural Fair is primarily intended to enhance partnership with the individuals and private sector – as part of our steadfast belief in its significant role of raising awareness and contribution to effectively achieve the joint objectives,” Feras J. “The Authority is currently providing 287 eServices through multiple channels that offer service to users with more flexibility, speed and free selection of channels designed for the use of such services. These services are tailored on a regular basis to suit the general public’s requirements and needs.”
“The authority developed and updated government data base through the advanced search engine service which was initiated in conjunction with relevant authorities. The engine is provided with mechanisms to allow users to obtain the required search results that are in line with a package of available services and a wide range of options. The authority had centrally focused on meeting the needs of all relevant bodies – in cooperation with government entities such as nationals, expatriates, visitors and businessmen,” he said.
