Chief Prosecutor of the Northern Governorate said that the 3rd Lower Criminal Court has completed today reviewing the case of causing the death of a child in a school bus, where it heard the testimony of the forensic doctor.

The temperature inside the school bus was beyond what an adult could endure, due to the lack of water in the body, which led to the stop of all the systems of the body because of low blood circulation and respiratory system and then leading to the death.
The forensic doctor reported that he concluded that result from the superficial examination of the body and the physical evidences related to the conditions of the incident.
Meanwhile, the court has ordered to postpone consideration of the case for tomorrow’s hearing, 21/10/2013 to hear the testimony of the Director of the Private Schools at Ministry of Education, with the continued imprisonment of the accused due to the pending case.
