The UAE’s very own aerobatic team the Al Fursan and the legendary Red Arrows team will thrill the crowds with their astonishing flying displays at the Dubai Airshow.
The Dubai Airshow opens its doors tomorrow at its new purpose built home, Dubai World Central (DWC), Jebel Ali Dubai.
Running until Thursday 21 November 2013, this year’s Dubai Airshow is set to be the largest in its 26 year history, with up to 60,000 trade attendees expected over the week.
The Dubai Airshow is renowned for staging the most impressive aircraft and this year’s show will demonstrate just that; with confirmations from the UAE Armed Forces Mirage 2000-9 and F-16 Block 60 and Airbus A380-MSN4 – the Dubai Airshow will also see the return of the Typhoon Eurofighter and Dassault Rafale.
“On Sunday, we are opening the doors to our brand new home and we are promising a celebration of the aerospace industry itself, which will be witnessed in the packed exhibition halls and the static aircraft display outside, plus in the daily aerial displays. Nothing can beat the excitement of watching both aerobatic teams and the most technically-advanced fighters in the world performing manoeuvres right over our heads,” Sharief Fahmy, CEO of F&E Aerospace while highlighting the significance of the show, said.
