The launching was followed by a Mushara, a poetry session, as celebration of Bahrain National Day on 12th December 2013, at Pakistan Club’s Auditorium.
The book launching seremony was presided by Chairman Pakistan Club Zahid Shaikh and Mushaera was presided over by Dr. Shamsul Hqa Alvi.
Chief Guest was Maqsood Qadir Community Welfare attaché, Embassy of Pakistan, guest of honor was BCCI member of board of director, and Chairman gold and gem committee Sajid Shaikh and Voice Chairman Halqa-e-Adab Mohammad Shafiq.
A large number of Poetry lovers were present and guest poets were from Riyadh, Jubail, Al-Khubar and Dammam, and local poets also participated in the event and recited their poetry and verses was in respect of national day celebrations and the solidarity that we have for Bahrain and won appreciation and round of applause from the audience.
The poets who shared their Poetry were from Saudi Araibia, Suhail Saqib, Shoukat Jamal, Sheraz Zia Mehdi, Dr. Shafiq Nadvi, Qudsiya Nadeem Laali, Baqar Naqvi, and from Bahrain were Asad Iqbal, Ahmed Shakeel, Riaz Shahid, Sharaf Khawja, Maqsoor Sarwari, Ashraf Asim, Ahmed Amir Pasha, Rukhsar Nazim Abadi and Khurshid Alig.
