Manama: His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the Supreme Committee for Information and Communication Technology, inaugurated the ninth edition of Bahrain International eGovernment Forum and IT Expo 2018 on Sunday at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel.
The Forum covers a variety of topics presented by more than 20 speakers specialized in Cybersecurity and Privacy, Digital Transformation, Cloud Computing, Data Analysis along with the Blockchain technology. For the first time ever, the Forum will include a Ministerial Panel discussion with the participation of H.E. Shaikh Khalid bin Ali Al Khalifa, Minister of Justice and Islamic Affairs – together with Zayed bin Rashed AlZayani – Minister of Industry, Commerce and Tourism – on Digital Transformation in the Public Sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain (Judicial and Commercial Sectors).
