Manama: As countdown for the 2nd Edition of the Women Power Summit started, Bahrain is eyeing to host MENA region’s largest gathering on 13th and 14th October with expected participants of over 2000.
This was disclosed during a Press conference held at Isa Cultural Centre where the organisers PR and Design Firm, Obai and Hill revealed the plans to present successful female leaders in diverse fields.
The event will provide a rare opportunity to the participants to learn how to explore the opportunities of partnerships at the workplace, emphasizing on communication and the forging stronger relationships within teams and through the workplace. The Women Power Summit aims to showcase opportunities for investments, partnerships and collaborations created by inspirational female entrepreneurs and investors. Their vision is to connect and empower women by providing them with access to network and knowledge that can allow them to be innovative and succeed, by unleashing their power to create positive change. It is the largest congregation of women in the MENA region for this purpose.
The theme of the second edition of the summit will be drawn towards Women in Leadership: Inspiring Action and Leading Change. The collar pillars will continue to follow the pillars initiated in 2018, which includes: Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Innovation. To foster a sense of community and create more impact by breaking barriers, the summit will also include pre-events such as the largest group of women cycling in the Kingdom and a woman centric run to empower women to band together towards achieving change. A unique speed-networking event will also be hosted.
