Dr. Al-Balooshi met with Mauritanian Commissioner for human rights and relations with civil society institutions Mohamed Ould Abdallah Ould Khatra and Mauritanian Permanent Representative and Head of the Arab Group Sheikh Ahmed Ould Zahaf.
Talks focused issues featuring on the agenda of the 19th (UNHRC) session and the need to coordinate pan-Arab stances. Dr. Al-Balooshi thanked the Mauritanian officials for promoting human rights issues and supporting Bahrain.
The Mauritanian Commissioner reaffirmed his country’s support for Bahrain, hailing ongoing reforms in the Kingdom.
