The courses were well attended and attracted participants from Refining, Maintenance, Gas Distribution and Engineering. The courses adopted a lecture cum workshop format followed by a quiz that allows participants to assess what they learn. “We mean it when we say that each and every employee must reach back home safely each and every day; each one of you must practice what you have learned and also encourage your colleagues to do so,” said General Manager Engineering, Mohamed Ghuloom as he congratulated PSM and Reliability Training quiz winners. Mohamed went on to stress the importance of playing an active part in following the different management systems that Bapco has invested in to ensure that we as an organization reap the benefits. Upon the conclusion of the ceremony, Ghuloom presented gifts to winners of the quiz.
