The CEO’s of both companies, Ubaydli Al Ubaydli (Al Nadeem) Adel Maymoon (Tawasul) signed an agreement during the Bahrain IT Expo 2013, on the sidelines of the three-day Bahrain International eGovernment Forum which concluded on Wednesday.
The two companies teamed up to provide the “Total Online Presence” solution, a product aimed for governments, large businesses and corporations in both public and private sectors. The product will help the clients grow their online presence on the web sphere and social media networks, to better connect with their customers, understand their needs and provide them with new methods of communication.
“Due to the rapid growth of online and social media users in Bahrain and GCC, the public preference to communicate with organizations and businesses using social networks, Al Nadeem and Tawasul have decided to launch a product which will help their clients to understand their customers need and interact with them using the medium of their choice” Ubaydli Al Ubaydli, CEO of Al Nadeem IT, said.
“Both companies found lots of synergies among them. Al Nadeem in terms of Web Development and Mobile Application and Tawasul being the expert in Social Media Strategy and Content Management. Both need to work together to bring transformational change in how businesses use technology and media to sell their products provide the best customer service and support,” he added.
