Dr. Mirza delivered a speech on the basic principles of the successful management, where he presented a number of examples and experiences in the greatest international companies and institutions, which enabled them to achieve a successful institutional culture that increased the competitiveness of these companies and their development.
Dr. Mirza highlighted the importance of the conference for administrators, where they reviewed the latest developments in the science of management, pointing out that Kingdom of Bahrain, in addition to the keenness of its respected government always seek the benefit from others successful experiences.
Dr. Mirza also said that Bahrain National Strategy 2030 supports and encourages the administrative changes for the better, which results in the improved productivity; the increase in the efficiency of the corporate’s culture and improving of the working conditions. He said that the successful and healthy institutions in the institutional culture, accepts and supports pluralism and fair treatment.
CEO of Aluminum Rolling Mill Company, Chairman of the Administrators Association, Adel Hamad Abdul Rahman, delivered a speech on the behalf of the members of the association, where he thanked Dr. Mirza for patronizing the conference, saying that Kingdom of Bahrain has an excellent climate for the international, Arab and local investments. He also said that the private sector has to be supported to be the key drive to the growth of the economy in the light of the financial and economic developments.
Among the figures who delivered a speech, the Indian Ambassador to Bahrain, the member of the Board of Directors of Al-Zayani Group, Khalid Al-Zayani.
