The tree-day session which opened on Tuesday is being held at the UN Palais Des Nations in Geneva, Switzerland. The delegation also includes Economic, Social and Cultural Rights Committee Chairperson Dr. Fawziya Al-Saleh, Advisor Abduljabbar Al-Tayyeb and NIHR Legal Affairs director Yasser Shaheen. The session aims at empowering the role of national watchdogs to promote and protect human rights.
