During his visit to Midway supermarket in Riffa, Dr. Fakhro was briefed on buying, selling, supply and demand operations, where Midway CEO Khalid Al Ameen confirmed that the markets offers promotional campaign for many of the goods that exceed the demand during Ramadan.
Through his presence in Al Muntazah Supermarket in Riffa, the Minister was briefed on promotional campaigns that included many consumers’ goods. Almeer Trading general manager Jalal Almeer confirmed that there is an integrated marketing plans aimed to implement an extensive campaign of promotions and discounts on goods and food requires, pointing out that this campaign will continue throughout Ramadan to create the opportunity for consumers to shop and purchase according to rational consumers behavior.
During visit to Macro Mart Riffa, R.V. Wajhnani confirmed the availability of sufficient inventory of various requirements and consumers goods, which cover consumers need for the coming months including Ramadan. He alluded to provide the store of many promotional offers that include a lot of essential food products such as oil, powdered milk, rice and others.
Dr. Fakhro calls upon the consumers to moderate in the process of buying food, noting that all essentials are in abundant quantities in the market covering the demand.
