Sadiq Shehabi, Minister of Health, who inaugurated the Wellmed Medical Center on Thursday, reiterated the Government’s keenness to ensure provision of health facilities to every citizens and resident in the Kingdom.
WELLMED Medical Center, a multispecialty wellness center equipped with providing comprehensive quality care and dedicated service emerged as the latest medical center to open in Bahrain. Wellmed is specialized in Orthopedics, Physiotherapy, Hydrotherapy and Sports Medicine.
“The Wellmed Medical Center is a welcome example of the participation of the private sector in addressing the healthcare needs in the Kingdom of Bahrain. I am sure Wellmed Medical Center will provide specialized treatment and quality care and will come to be recognized as a center of excellence in the medical arena,” The Minister Sadiq Shehabi, while congratulating the Wellmed team, said.
Zain Al Shaker, Managing Director of Wellmed Center, thanked His Excellency for the support of the Ministry of Health as well as the National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA) in promoting private enterprise in the medical sector.
