Saudi Arabia: Yemeni Vice President Khalid Bahah demanded Houthi rebels to comply with UNSC Resolution 2216 which supports the choices of the Yemeni people.
Bahah said Yemen is earnestly awaiting the restoration of calm and stability. We have taken up the responsibility to salvage Yemen from its usurpers, he added. He called on the Yemeni army and security personnel to join the legitimacy, stressing the need to opt for the rationale of national dialogue.
He said priority has been given to relief efforts in Yemen, as the humanitarian situation there necessitates an international and regional intervention.
