MANAMA: The Arab Shipbuilding & Repair Yard Company (ASRY) has launched Excellence Development Series programme, as part of its ongoing commitment to investing in human capital, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and developing national competencies in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and operational needs.

The program focuses on leveraging the expertise of ASRY’s internal trainers to deliver specialized, practical training programs tailored to meet business needs. It is designed to support employees across all levels of the organization through a diverse range of technical, leadership, and professional development programs that enhance individual performance, encourage knowledge and experience sharing, and foster a culture of continuous development.

The series commenced with the launch of two key training programs: the Supervisory Development Program, which aims to equip supervisors with essential skills in leadership, communication, problem-solving, and effective team management; and the Basics of Excel Program, which focuses on enhancing employees’ practical skills in information management, data analysis, and report preparation.
