MANAMA: General Motors Africa and Middle East (GM) has marked 100 years in the region by highlighting the aftersales infrastructure, customer care capabilities and technical training programs that continue to support Chevrolet, GMC and Cadillac customers across the Middle East.
With a dedicated regional parts distribution center, bilingual customer engagement team, and established technician training network, GM continues to invest in long-term ownership support for customers across the region.
“Celebrating a century in the Middle East is a tremendous milestone, but our focus remains firmly on the road ahead,” Sajed Sbeih, Customer Care and Aftersales Director at GM, said. “From our robust parts distribution network to our highly skilled, dealership-ready technicians, we are building an after-sales ecosystem that meets today’s needs and is fully prepared to support the next generation of connected and electrified mobility.”
GM’s purpose-built regional parts distribution center serves nine countries and 15 dealerships across the Middle East. Stocked with tens of thousands of parts, the center has delivered 13 million parts over the past 15 years, helping support vehicle uptime and customer service across Chevrolet, GMC and Cadillac operations.
By locating key parts inventory closer to dealers and customers, GM has strengthened parts availability, improved dealer responsiveness, and reinforced one of the core pillars of customer satisfaction in aftersales.
GM’s regional after-sales strategy is supported by a long-standing focus on technician development and dealer readiness.
