Manama: Diyar Al Muharraq has ranked first in Bahrain for both the number and value of sales transactions in the second quarter of 2026, according to the Real Estate Regulatory Authority’s (RERA) Aqari report.
The achievement reinforces its position as one of the Kingdom’s leading real estate and investment destinations offering diverse communities, integrated infrastructure, and a comprehensive urban setting designed around the aspirations of residents and investors.
The city recorded 293 sales worth BD 32.1 million, securing the highest transaction count for the second consecutive quarter of this year and taking the lead in value during the same period.
This leading position is not limited to the second quarter of 2026 but rather builds on a record of strong performance reflected across every RERA quarterly report issued to date, underscoring Diyar’s ability to sustain its advanced market position over time. Diyar Al Muharraq has also maintained its ranking as one of the most attractive destinations for real estate investment, further reinforced by its consistent top rating in foreign ownership indicators detailed in official reports.
