To ensure a hassle-free transition, stc is also providing a 7-days grace period, allowing customers to keep their old devices long enough to comfortably transfer all personal files, photos, and settings before returning them.

They can use the voucher value to lower their monthly smartphone installments or apply it toward current subscription bills, device insurance, extended warranties, accessories, or other devices. Alternatively, stc customers may choose to retain the voucher credit for a future device purchase.
To take advantage of the stc trade-in program, stc customers can visit any stc store to receive an instant, on-the-spot valuation for their current phone from in-store experts. Upon receiving their valuation of up to BD 335, stc customers can select their preferred voucher redemption option, take their new smartphone home the same day, and return their previous device after completing their data transfer within the 7-days window.
