MANAMA: The memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and the China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises will open up a new era of co-operation between the two countries in developing the SMEs sector.
The Cabinet on Sunday discussed the memorandum presented by the Minister of Industry and Commerce concerning the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and the China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises in the People’s Republic of China.
The Official Government Spokesperson and State Minister for Information Affairs Sameera Rajab post weekly meeting told reporters that the MoU aims to facilitate cooperation between businessmen in both the Kingdom of Bahrain and the People’s Republic of China, as well as to facilitate the exchange of information related to programs, products and services which each of the two countries provides to its small and medium enterprises.
The Cabinet decided to refer the matter to the Ministerial Committee for Legal Affairs for further study.
